Why isn't my order shipping?

Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience :(

The delayed delivery was caused by the below sold out item:

Color:BLUE (블루)

We are running a pre-order system where items are stocked as orders are placed.
Unfortunately, restocking of some items may be difficult, we cannot guarantee that all items will be available once you’ve checked out.

We would like to give you refund for the sold out item.
For Paypal users, the amount will be returned to your Paypal account.

The rest of the items are already being prepared to be shipped.
Tracking number will be sent to you once items are dispatched.


Let me know if you still wish to receive the available items or cancel the entire order like you have initially advised.
